Gym/Calisthenics
I love it because it challenges my strength, balance, and body control. I enjoy practicing skills like pull-ups, handstands, dips, muscle-ups, and the human flag while constantly working to improve.
Running Challenges
I love running challenges because they let me push myself past what I thought I could do. From running a marathon two years ago, to completing a 32-mile run last year with no training, to soon running a full mile backwards later this month, I'm always looking for new ways to test myself.
